Wispr Flow turns spoken rambling into clean written text, and its free tier is uncapped on Android
Dictation stops being a transcript and starts being a draft.
Wispr Flow listens while you talk and hands back finished prose. Android Police's Anu Joy reports that it strips filler words, adds punctuation, formats lists, and follows a correction made in the middle of a sentence, with snippets for text you retype constantly and a custom dictionary for proper names and technical terms. The company's own pricing page lists a free plan at zero dollars with no credit card, covering speech to text in more than 100 languages across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android, capped at 2,000 words a week on desktop and 1,000 on iPhone but uncapped on Android; Pro is $15 per user each month, or $12 a month billed annually. The honest catch is that transcription needs a live internet connection, and Joy notes the Android bubble greys out the moment you go offline.
