Google launches the Pixel 11 series with a new Tensor G6 chip and seven years of updates

The yearly phone refresh now turns on how much of the assistant runs on the device in your hand.

Google introduced the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, and Pixel 11 Pro XL on August 12, opening preorders the same day with general availability on August 20. The base Pixel 11 starts at $899 with 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage, the Pro starts at $1,099, and the Pro XL starts at $1,299, with 1TB configurations reserved for the Pro models. All three ship with Android 17 and carry seven years of operating system, security, and Pixel Drop updates, running on the Tensor G6 with a Titan M3 security coprocessor. The gap between the standard and Pro phones widened this year: the Pro models pair a 50MP main camera with a display that peaks at 3,600 nits, against 3,000 nits and a 48MP main camera on the Pixel 11.

Nebius reports $582.3 million in second-quarter revenue, up 454 percent

Growth against losses The AI cloud company turned $105.1 million a year ago into $582.3 million and swung to $236.2 million of adjusted EBITDA, while still carrying a $33.2 million adjusted net loss.
